Don't forget that Mardi Gras comes to Manitou Springs Saturday, February 13th, 2010! Come out and have a crazy good time! There is a Gumbo Cookoff that starts at 11:00 am at Soda Springs Park, a parade down the avenue at 12:00 pm, and TONS of local specials at the bars! We will be serving our regular menu along with a special menu from 11 am - 4 pm; Cajun Combo Platter with a bowl of our famous homemade Gumbo, Cajun Fried Shrimp, Fried Catfish, with Red Beans & Rice. All these items can be purchased separately as well.
